Infertility doesn’t stay at home when people go to work.

Around 1 in 6 people of reproductive age experience fertility challenges. That means 25 million people in the EU alone! And 99% of them say infertility is a significant life experience.

So, in almost every workplace, someone is likely to be going through it.

And it affects more than just one person.

Appointments mean time away from work. Treatment can bring stress, uncertainty and exhaustion. Partners, colleagues and managers may all be affected too. And when there is no understanding or support at work, the impact can ripple out even further.

Fertility challenges are part of many people’s lives. That means they are part of working life too.
