The 2023 European Fertility Week (EFW 2023), which will take place from 6-12 November, with the theme “Minds Matter: Empowering Fertility Patients with Psychological Support”
This year, Fertility Europe focuses on the need for and access to psychological support services for those experiencing infertility in Europe to address the socio-cultural and financial pressures on patients and families and raise awareness on navigating the structural obstacles within healthcare systems to access care. The importance of post-treatment support and destigmatising infertility will also be featured topics.
Complete the survey
Fertility Europe with help from psychologists, prepared and launched a survey on psychological care for patients. Our members translated it into many languages (and we are still adding more!). The survey was launched in July and will remain open until the end of 2023 to capture and collect a diverse responses from as many European countries as possible. It aims to map out present practices, gaps in service provision, and patient needs. The preliminary data and results of the survey will be presented during EFW.
